Taiwan Recipe@台湾小吃

After having a movie in GSC IOI Mall,
me & my friend decided to have our dinner there;
since there is not much choice of eating in Cyberjaya area,
and we have been starving for Chinese cuisine for decade ago.

Then,
we stopped by our foot step in “Taiwan Recipe@台湾小吃”,
the restaurant is just located beside the entrance of GSC, IOI new wing.

This is the first time I had meal here,
although I had seen this outlet thousand times ago,
either in KL-Selangor or in Malacca.

Yet,
the choice of having my meal there is kinda disappointed,
especially for the customer service.

I ordered for an oyster mi sua@蚵仔面线 and 卤蛋;
while my friend ordered a set dinner with 盐酥鱼.

The oyster mi sua@蚵仔面线 served with only ordinary taste and aroma,
although the presenting appearance looked quite delicious.
There is countable, small, little chicken cube in the mi sua,
attached with chicken skin and there is some kind of smell,
as like the uncooked chicken sell in the market.
Apart from this,
 the soup for the mi sua is watery and less viscous compare to others;
This make the mi sua taste like a mi sua soup rather than oyster mi sua.
Therefore,
I still prefer the oyster mi@蚵仔面线sell in Shi Lin@士林,
which serve with thick, smooth mi sua and plenty of side chicken flesh.

On the other hands,
my friend dinner are served worst too,
as the fish is served half-cooked.
This will probably spoilt a customer’s perception toward the food prepared.
Besides that,
The waitress didn’t even attempt to apologize for it,
while just refried the fish again.
The fish ended up served oily.
Instead,
they should apologize and replace the dish again to ensure for the quality of services.

Overall,
I’m not satisfied with the meal,
and the services provided did spoilt my impression toward the shop and other outlets.
I will never revisit the restaurant again in any possible outlets,
nor recommend it to the others.
